Encouragement Part II

 Cnt..

1 John 5:12-14

Root Word: The Son
Greek:Abiyshalom (ab-ee-shaw-lome)
Meaning: Father of Peace

Root Word: Life
Greek: Yachiyd (yaw-kheed)
Meaning:United, that is, sole

1 John 5:12
He that hath the Father of Peace hath United with him; and he that hath not he Father of Peace has not united with him.

Here in the text it says that one must have the son. The son is Abiyshaolm: The Father of Peace. Therfeore Christ is the bringer of peace, seeing he has brought us unto God through mediation. Before God came down as Christ we as Man had no way to please God. Therfore through the Obeidience of Christ death on the Cross man now has the opportunity to have a relationship with the Author of our lives.

There a many deffinitons of Love in the Greek, yet this one stood out Yachiyd- to be united! To have the Father of Peace in our lives and then to be United to God! Therefore in order to truly live is not what most people would define as being able to do whatever you like and enjoy your life. Nor is it to BMF-Blow Money Fast or have the lastest and greatest and hottest women etc. YET TO TRULY LIVE MEANS TO BE UNITED TO GOD, YACHIYD!

Application: This text then states that he who follows Christ has peace and is TRULY LIVING; and he who does not follow Christ is without peace and is NOT living.

1 John 5:13

Root Word:Eternal
Greek: Aidios (ah-id-ee-os)
Meaning: Everduring or everlasting

Root Word: Life
Greek:Yahciyd (yah-kheed)
Meaning: To be United, that is, sole

1 John 5:13
These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that you may know that you have been everlastingly united and that you may believe on the name of the Son of God.

The Word Eternal or Aidios is to mean Everlasting. Therefore with this deffintion we are to last for ever in the presence of our God. AMEN!

Now as we last forever in God's presence we are also Yahciyd- United to God as well. So not only are we forever in his presence but we are United with him in Love, peace, grace, and mercy, forever and ever Amen!

Aplication: This text is a statement given by the author to make clear his purpose for writing. And he has written this text so that we as Believers may know what we already have-"That ye have eternal life". Thus to inform us that we are and will always be United unto God and if we so choose to continue to follow him and his precepts that it will be Aidios or Eternal or Everlasting!
