Beautiful Lies

How simple would it be

this life absent of despair.

Then life will be complete

and no tears for fears.

Then truly we can say 

that life is all joy.

How false this picture is 

without him who is light.

How false this is without

my savior Christ.

For peace without Christ

is Hell indeed!

For life without Christ 

is death you see.

So please wake up 

and repent and plea! 

For Christ is our Savior,

our life indeed!
